JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform general labour duties at various locations while ensuring a safe working environment free of material hazards for all trade personnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform the following job tasks:

Set-up, maintenance, and clean-up of tools and equipment
Work safely on rooftops and on ladders
Skills and Education Requirement

Class 5 Driver’s License would be beneficial (not mandatory)
Ability to prioritize, assess, and complete jobs efficiently
Diligent work ethic
No drug or alcohol addictions
Willing to take orders
Positive attitude
Ability to work well alone and with others
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position is conducted in a field setting, often on active construction sites. Applicant must be able to perform the following:

Bend
Stoop
Reach
Lift
Walk on uneven terrain
Comfortable with climbing ladders and working on heights
Move and carry construction materials and supplies that may weigh in excess of 25 kg
Willing to work overtime as required
Hazards associated with the trade
Work outdoors in various elements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
