Using your vertical space, especially in your young ones rooms, can allow them more freedom and you to have your house back.

Below are different examples of loft beds, each layout was designed with the kid in mind.

One is just off of Wayfair, with a desk below for a growing artist, plus storage.

The other 2 were custom built out of 2x material, and designed with versatility in mind. Allowing for another bed or whatever is needed underneath. Here we did a desk, with storage, and bookcases up both sides for this young reader. Along with Lego build zone, plus reading nook. As the closet was not serving it's purpose, it was decided to put the bed inside instead to make cave. The closet became dressers and a small hanging bar.

Wrapping up January 2026 with multiple cabinet updates.

This customer previously had multiple storage options, they liked the layout, but functionality was not there.

With some help from IKEA planners we removed all the existing cabinets and closet system. Allowing us to install all new units through the spaces. Now they have an updated fresh look, with easily adjustable shelves, and more storage covering the same foot print.

If you can dream it we can create it!

This client wanted a safe exterior space for their cats, where they can also enjoy the space.

This space has screening all the way around to keep the cats in and bugs out, plus a suntuf roof system to keep the rain out. We added a cat door allowing them free reign outside, and custom built cat trees, with ramps and sunning pads up by the roof.

This space will be well used by both the 2 legged and 4 legged for years and years to come.

A much-needed new deck!

The old deck was built into the ground, causing all the support members to rot and creating holes in the decking. It was time for a fresh upgrade.

With the same footprint and using all new PT material, we raised the deck to allow for airflow, which will help the deck last for years and years. Raising it also allowed us to create a standard step to the outside, which previously was a 12-inch drop. This client got a fresh new deck, perfect to enjoy next summer and years to come!

To all the golfers check out this annual charity tournament!

I have had the pleasure of donating for the past 5 years, along with meeting and personally working with the event founders, as a contractor. All the funds raised are spilt and directly donated to Princes Margret Cancer Center and Ontario Shores Recovery College.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of watching the unveiling of a plack in thank you for all the work Par For The Cause has done in the last 6 years since they started this tournament. One thing I can say is Ontario Shores is more than just a building, and everytime I have been invited for a tour I am amazed by the openness and warmth that is present.

New backsplash and cabinet paint has refreshed this small kitchen.

From minimal counter space and non-functional face frame cabinets to a new custom IKEA kitchen. With the addition of 40in high cabinets. All lower units being drawers with additional inserts and an entire new peninsula this space has become considerably more functional.

Tub and shower surround were left as-is. New everything else from the flooring to finishing touches.
