A project that’s been in the planning stages for some time was presented to the panel this morning, involving variances and a few moving parts.
This is a critical stage for any project, where a misstep can easily result in weeks or even months of delays. It’s also why having an experienced team in your corner matters.
Approved. Unanimously. ✅
A great result for our clients and a great start to the week. 😀

Our team is always motivated, chomping at the bit and ready to tackle any job that's thrown their way... But there's always that ONE guy on the crew. Dreaming of the ocean, and probably his next treat 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂😂🐶🐶

Awards are an honour. Trust takes a lot longer.
For more than 30 years, Horizon Pacific Contracting has been building custom homes and major renovations across Greater Victoria. Along the way, our work has been recognized among British Columbia's best, including multiple Georgie Award honours, Vibe awards, LEED awards and being the only Canadian company ever recognized by Fine Homebuilding Magazine.

While we're proud of the recognition, what matters most is the confidence our clients place in us every day. Beautiful homes are built with skilled trades, proven processes, clear communication, and a team that stands behind its work long after the keys are handed over.
Thank you to every client, architect, designer, supplier, and tradesperson who has been part of that journey.
Here's to building the next generation of exceptional homes.
