Summer services

Weekly grass cutting contracts available
New and Efficient zero-turn radius mowers used. Push mowers used on steeper hills or tight areas of the property. Lane and walk ways will be leaf-blown clean of grass clippings. Organic Summer Fertilizing

Fall services

Lawns are cut progressively shorter as the season comes to an end. In the fall all leaves and debris are cleaned from law

ns and landscape features. Debris can be put to the curb for city pick-up or removed from the property at a nominal fee. Annuals are removed from the ground. Perennials are cut back to their respective heights. Trees, bushes and evergreens can be covered to protect from winter damage. Organic Fall Fertilizing Available. Core-Aeration. Winter services

24 hour service
Services provided after an accumulation of 2" (5 cm) have fallen. We shovel / snow-blow walk-ways. Salting included in contracts, alternative ice control products available. Snow removal

We're Hiring!
Position Title: Property Maintenance Technician

Applicant must be a mature, reliable individual with a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and utilize problem solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities: Safe and proper equipment handling. Completing truck routes and anticipating necessary tools to complete the duties assigned for the day. Performing property and landscape maintenance and other work orders as assigned. Examples include: spring/ fall clean-ups, grass cutting, landscape installation/ maintenance, removal of debris from rental units, putting waste receptacles to the curb, moving furniture and household contents.

Special Considerations: Physically demanding work. Willingness to work outdoors in snow and rain.

Apply with resume and covering letter. Please include availability. Applications without detailed resume will not be considered. Salary range: $15- $20/ Hr.
