Another Commercial Bathroom — Tiled & Done. 🧱✨

Part 2 of our commercial bathroom tiling project, and this one is officially wrapped up.

In Part 1, we showed you the preparation and the beginning of the installation. Now it’s time to see everything come together.

Our team completed the tile installation, worked through all the detailed cuts and transitions, finished the edges, and grouted everything for a clean, durable finish built for a busy commercial environment.

It’s the final details that separate an average tile job from one that’s done properly.

Penthouse Kitchen, Reimagined. ✨

Remember our 5-day Olympic Village renovation?

Here’s a closer look at the finished kitchen.

With an incredible view and a modern Vancouver penthouse surrounding it, this kitchen didn’t need to be completely reinvented—it needed the right upgrades in the right places.

We modernized the space with new millwork doors, custom panels and hardware, carefully refining the existing layout while introducing warmer finishes and a cleaner, more contemporary aesthetic.

The result is a kitchen that feels completely at home in the space: understated, functional and designed to complement the views rather than compete with them.

And the kitchen was only one piece of this transformation.

In just five days, our team tackled new engineered hardwood flooring throughout, baseboards, drywall repairs, painting and the kitchen modernization—all before our clients moved into their new home.

What Makes You Happy?

Sometimes, it’s knowing the home you love is designed to keep working for you for years to come.

For this traditional bathroom renovation in Vancouver’s West End, our clients wanted more than a beautiful new space. They wanted a bathroom thoughtfully designed for the future—without sacrificing the warmth and character of their home.

We incorporated aging-in-place features directly into the design, including strategically positioned grab bars, an accessible walk-in shower, a linear drain, frameless glass, easy-to-use fixtures and a layout designed around comfort and mobility.

But we didn’t want any of it to feel like an accessible bathroom.

Warm natural millwork, timeless stone-inspired tile, elegant fixtures and carefully considered details give the space a refined, residential feel where functionality simply becomes part of the design.
