40 ft high, 180 ft long access scaffold in its installation phase. With a garbage chute, debris netting and a shrink wrap canopy, this build will be ready for all weather conditions.

Every job starts the same way. Walk the site, find the ground conditions, set the base, then build clean lines all the way up. Guardrails on, ties in, decks loaded right. The boring fundamentals are the whole trade.

A scaffold built straight on day one saves the GC headaches for the next three months. That’s the part nobody photographs but everybody feels.

We’re hiring: Sales Manager.

A&K Scaffolding & Shoring Systems is growing, and we need someone who knows how to open doors. This is a field role. You’ll be out meeting general contractors, builders, and property managers, walking sites, getting us onto bidding lists, and moving jobs from first call to booked project.

What the role needs:

Sales experience, ideally in construction, equipment rental, scaffolding, or access/shoring
You can read basic drawings, plans, and a scope of work
Comfortable with cold calls, email outreach, follow-ups, and site meetings
Confident English and a valid driver’s license
A plus: contacts among GCs, estimators, and PMs; experience selling scaffolding, shrink wrap, hoarding, or temporary structures; WorkSafeBC know-how; Procore / BuildingConnected / MERX.
