Fun little project from the fall!

Our client had some unused storage space that the adjacent retail unit wanted to utilize. We started by creating a new access point to our clients washroom area, and then framed up a new double wall to maintain fire separation between the two occupants! Follow that with a matching plaster finish, continuing the existing wood trim in the corridor, and that’s a wrap 😎
