Another basement project in Etobicoke. This was an interesting project as we put plumbing, electrical and HVAC in place for future renovations to happen upstairs at a later stage.
The customer was delighted with all our work.
We also waterproofed the the whole basement from the inside to avoid any potential problems in the future.

Removed 2 loadbearing walls, redid 3 bathrooms and put in a beautiful Kitchen with island.

This was a project that took a good part of 6 months near Eglington and Young, we completely renovated 3 floors, put in 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen and transformed this semi-detached house into a stylish and peaceful abode.
The customer moved in towards end of the project and was delighted about being able to customise designs to create his dream home.
