Well, it has been quite the wet season for us! We are hopeful we will be doing a honey extraction yet in July!
If anyone wants to place an order ahead of time, I will open it up (to 7kg orders or more)! We will take smaller orders after the honey extraction takes place.
Please let me know!

For myself, I have switched over to using almost entirely honey for baking and cooking. I find that is pretty easy to do in pancakes or muffins, but the consistency of a cookie is trickier! But I love these cookies (I replace the maple syrup with honey)!

We are all sold out of honey! 🐝
Jordan checked the bees in their snuggly insulated winter home and a number of the hives are still strong so we will look forward to a July extraction.
