I have a part time and full time job opening in renovating and upgrading apts in the niagara region and the GTA, must have vehicle and valid drivers license to be able to meet at shop or on job site, duties would be minor drywalling, tapping, mudding, painting, demo and removal materials, installation of lvp and vct tiles, countertops, cabinets, faucets, sinks, p/traps, carpentry doors and frames, etc.
Experience would be an asset but Willing to train the right person.
If you are motivated and enjoy the service industry for the right person this could turn into a small Buisness.
Wages are competitive and pending on experience.

Have not updated anything on here in a long time so here are some pictures of my latest work, forgot to take pre pictures, job included demo asbestos and major mold remediation and complete removal of old tub, p-trap and tub/shower controls, re-finished as you see in pictures.
