We operate a 100hp tracked skid steer with a large disc mulcher atachment.
For smaller lighter materials we use an Extreme duty brush cutter. Which can cut & mulch trees up to a 12" diametre. It does an excellent job cutting tall grass and willows.

When older large diametre trees need to be cleared. We can leave 10ft. logs stacked in a neat pile if desired. Stacking logs reduces the amount of time spent on mulching & reduces the amount wood chips left behind. Logs can be used or sold for fire wood to recoupe some cost.
Very quick & Efficient. Clear brush & scrub like nothing. After being cleared the area can be maintained with a lawn mower as the chipped material breaks down.
