We contacted James because we had to prepare our house for sale at short notice because it was a sudden decision on our part. This involved a myriad of tasks starting with trim-painting, caulking and repairing our sinking sink, repairing screens, repairing damaged weather proofing, yard work, fixing locks and door handles, waste hauling and many other small and large tasks, which often came or cropped up without much notice. Indeed, we found that there hardly anything that he could not handle. And he did not disdain small tasks. We found this particularly helpful as it’s not easy to find people capable and willing to handle these.
James accomplished all the tasks that we needed with great skill, care and dedication to detail, often forestalling problems we had not anticipated. He went out of his way to help, often working late. Indeed, we were so grateful that he understood and help us meet our deadlines. And we got the job done and sold the house. We could not have done it without him. Top it all, he is a great person to know and talk with. That he also loved our rascally dog, who loved him back, was an added extra.
We have already been recommending him to our friends and would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone who needs this sort of work done.
