A chimney like this isn’t just another part of a house. It’s a piece of craftsmanship that’s been standing guard through decades of Manitoba winters, summer storms, and everything in between. When mortar joints begin to fail, the entire structure is put at risk. That’s why masonry restoration matters.

This project was about more than repairing brick and mortar. It was about preserving the character of a home, extending the life of an existing structure, and ensuring it can continue doing its job for years to come.

This reclaimed brick restoration has been a project I’m incredibly proud to be a part of. Every joint was carefully repointed by hand with the goal of preserving the character, craftsmanship, and history that make these homes so unique. Masonry restoration isn’t just repair work to me, it’s about respecting the original builder’s work and ensuring it stands strong for decades to come.

Whether it’s a small chimney repair, a full heritage restoration, or a large-scale masonry rehabilitation project, I take tremendous pride in delivering quality workmanship and doing the job the right way.

Winnipeg! There is a new masonry contractor in town. Not new to business or masonry, I (Brad Gebhardt) have spent over 20 years working in construction trades. My experience is vast and diverse having made the most of every opportunity to go on a new skill acquisition journey each winter as there is no trade more seasonal than masonry.
