Product Overview
This product line covers tubular sheathed immersion heaters used to heat liquids, fluid directly inside tanks, vessels, and pipelines. Each heater consists of a bundle of hairpin-bent tubular heating elements attached to a mounting base, which can be a round fl**ge, screw plug (threaded boss), or a customized shape such as square or triangular. The heater is inserted through an opening in the tank or vessel wall so the tube bundle sits inside the liquid ,fluid being heated, while the terminal end remains outside for electrical connection.
Tube material, tube count, fl**ge or thread size, voltage, and wattage can all be customized according to the customer's tank design and heating requirements.
