🪜Troubleshooting Update: Remote Control & Motor Testing

Over the past week, two of our ladder lift customers contacted us during testing with similar concerns:

1️⃣ The wireless remote control did not respond
2️⃣ The motor did not operate normally

Before every machine leaves our factory, we test and adjust the wired controller, wireless remote control, and motor.

If the remote control or motor appears to have a problem after delivery, one possible reason may be a loose internal power connection caused by vibration during transportation. Under our guidance, customers can open the motor panel and check whether any wires have become loose.

Fortunately, after checking step by step, both cases were confirmed to be related to installation or operating procedures, not equipment failure.

A Smart Shipping Option for Our Mini Forklift Customers 🇵🇭

Yesterday, our customer from Manila, Philippines received their mini forklift order through their own freight forwarder’s warehouse in China.

For this order, the customer chose to ship the machine without the battery.

Why? For many freight forwarders, batteries are treated as sensitive cargo. By removing the battery, the mini forklift can usually be shipped as regular cargo, which may significantly reduce the shipping cost.

In many cases, choosing the no-battery option can save around PHP 4,000–5,000 (USD 60-80) on the total cost.

If this option is more cost-effective for you, you can also purchase a compatible battery locally after receiving the machine.

A Special Order, 4 Months in the Making 🇵🇭

Last week, we prepared a special ladder lift order for a customer from Mandaluyong, Philippines.

We first sent them a quotation about four months ago. We were also supposed to meet at the Manila Solar Show, but unfortunately missed each other. Due to their project budget and planning, the order was only confirmed recently.

For this project, the customer needed a ladder lift for both sloped-roof and flat-roof work, with 2 motors included.

Normally, one ladder lift is packed in a crate of around 0.6 CBM. But with an extra motor, the standard crate was no longer large enough. We upgraded the packaging to approximately 0.9 CBM to ensure everything could be packed safely together.

This means higher packaging and shipping costs for us—but we believe reliable service means thinking beyond the initial sale.

That is why we can also supply important spare parts, including motors and winches, for ladder lifts and mini forklifts at a very low cost.

Our goal is simple: help customers feel more confident about after-sales service, reduce downtime if a replacement is ever needed, and keep maintenance costs manageable even after the warranty period.

With a maximum lifting capacity of 300kg, this machine is built for serious lifting work. Its net weight is also around 60kg, which gives it a stronger and more stable structure during operation.

However, if you need to load and unload it onto a truck frequently, please keep this in mind: it is not easy for one person to carry alone.

Packaging Lead Time Update 📦

Due to the extremely hot season, our wooden crate factory has temporarily paused production to comply with fire-safety requirements.

As a result, the lead time for export wooden crates has changed from 1–2 working days to approximately 4–5 working days.

Today’s shipment update 🇵🇭

Today we shipped 3 mini forklifts from orders placed 10 days ago:

1️⃣2 units to Quezon
2️⃣1 unit to Rizal

Because our factory has recently received a new export order for 170 ladder lifts, the delivery time for some equipment has become a little slower than usual.

Mini forklift stock update:
1.6m model — available in stock
1.2m model — about 1 week lead time

Please note: in-stock does not mean immediate shipment.
For export orders, the wooden crate must be custom-made by our packaging factory, so delivery usually takes at least 3 days after order confirmation.

A Real Shipping Story from Dallas,Texas🇺🇸

In May, we shipped a mini forklift to Dallas, Texas, USA for a customer who provides lighting and stage equipment rental services. Because the machine included a battery, it was treated as sensitive cargo. During transit, the container was rolled several times by the shipping line, which caused the ETD to be delayed by nearly one month.

From order confirmation to final delivery, the whole process took almost 3 months.

We would like to sincerely thank our customer for the repeated trust and patience throughout this journey. Shipping with batteries can sometimes bring extra charges, inspections, or delays, especially for international freight.

Important Delivery Notice for Philippines Orders

After the Manila Solar Show, we received many orders from customers in the Philippines.
Recently, several orders from cities such as Manila and Cebu arrived at the same time, and unfortunately there have been at least 4 cases of delivery mistakes.

To avoid any confusion, please kindly follow these steps when receiving your package:

Check the outer shipping marks carefully upon delivery.
If your shipment contains more than one package, please confirm whether the shipping marks on all boxes are the same. Please also check whether the marking information, such as the city name and phone number, is correct.
If anything is incorrect, please refuse to sign for the shipment and send us or the shipping company clear photos right away.

If another employee or colleague signs for the shipment first, please do not open the boxes immediately.
This will help our shipping company arrange pickup more easily if there is a mistake.

If the shipping mark falls off during transit, or if you open the package and find that it is not your order, please take photos and videos immediately.
Do not use the product. Our shipping company will arrange to collect the goods.

We are very sorry for these recent cases. For future shipments, we are doing our best to add more compliant and detailed information on the shipping marks and packaging to help confirm the correct delivery.

Weekly Shipping Update

Dear customers and friends,

Because we were on a business trip this week, some order follow-ups were not handled as promptly as usual. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Here is our shipping status for the orders shipped this week, mainly from last week’s pending orders:

1️⃣Rizal — 14+2m Model D ladder lift, for sloped and flat rooftop.
2️⃣Paranaque — 20m Model C ladder lift.
3️⃣Cavite — 25m Model B ladder lift.
4️⃣Manila — 1.6m mini forklift.
5️⃣Biñan, Laguna — 1.6m mini forklift.

In addition, there are still 2 mini forklifts for Quezon and 1 mini forklift for Rizal that have not been shipped yet, because some parts are still pending.

Last week, a customer from Las Piñas received a mini forklift but found that an important part was missing. We arranged an air shipment immediately to send the missing part.
For customers who have already received their goods, please remember to take photos and videos upon delivery. Our shipments are covered by transportation insurance. If there is any damage caused during transit, we can help apply for compensation. If any part is missing or damaged, please contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement.

There was also a case in Bacoor, Cavite. The customer paid the shipping fee on July 8, but the logistics company did not arrange delivery for a long time. After we contacted the Manila office, they said they had mistakenly treated it as a pickup order instead of a delivery order.
So if there is any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can follow up quickly.
