To produce high-performance nanocrystalline magnetic cores, in addition to selecting high-quality nanocrystalline ribbon materials, the control of the heat treatment process is an even more crucial link. By precisely controlling parameters such as the temperature and time of heat treatment, the grain size inside the nanocrystalline magnetic cores can be made more uniform and the distribution more reasonable, lattice defects can be reduced, thereby effectively increasing the magnetic permeability and enabling the magnetic cores to generate a stronger magnetic induction intensity under the same magnetic field.
