Precautions for using TYN batteries
Attention should be paid to the following when using TYN batteries:
1、Shelf life and replacement
Replace the battery with a new one before the expiration of the replacement time indicated in the instructions or on the machine. Continuing to use it beyond the deadline may result in internal short circuits, deformation of the battery compartment, and dangerous situations such as leakage, fire, and explosion.
2、TYN battery connection operation
When connecting the battery, ensure that the positive and negative poles are connected correctly. If the polarity is reversed, it may cause fire and damage to the charger.
The pole and clamp should be kept clean to ensure good contact, and it is best to apply a layer of Vaseline or butter after connection. And never place tools on the two poles of the battery to prevent safety accidents.
When the number of batteries in an application exceeds one, it is important to ensure that the batteries are properly connected to each other and to the charger or load, otherwise it may cause battery rupture, combustion, or damage, and in some cases, may even cause injury.
3、TYN battery usage environment
Do not use or store batteries near hot areas, in hot weather, or in high temperature places with strong direct sunlight, otherwise it may cause the battery temperature to rise, resulting in leakage, fire, explosion, etc; Also, try not to use it in low temperature environments (normal operating range is from (0 ℃) to (40 ℃) after charging, from (-15 ℃) to (50 ℃) after discharging the battery (installed in the device), and from (-15 ℃) to (40 ℃) during storage). Try to maintain a comfortable temperature range of 20-25 ° C. If using TYN batteries (such as lead-acid batteries) under conditions below (0 ℃), the electrolyte density can be appropriately increased to prevent the electrolyte from freezing and cracking the casing.
Do not place TYN batteries in areas that may be submerged in water, and avoid using batteries in dusty areas (which may cause battery short circuits. When using batteries in dusty environments, regular inspections should be conducted), and avoid high temperature and humid environments. power supply
