Recently, working with a pharma customer, HB TempCon Aviation qualified Aicon container for extreme 60℃ ambient temperature. The container was set at 5℃ and 20℃ with and without simulating loads respectively and ran solely with battery power. We analyzed the test data and summarized the corresponding test results which indicate that the container inner temperature has been maintained at the preset temperature for a satisfying time period required by the safe cargo transportation (see pictures below for detailed test results). Its precise temperature control performance and shipment safeguard capability are highly appreciated by the customer

Days ago we joined two hosts from Top Laboratory produced by China Central Television (CCTV) to explore the ultimate load limit carried by our Aicon containers.
The main task of this program is to challenge the safety and stability of Aicon containers. We carried out two tests in HB TempCon Technical Laboratory to simulate the ultimate load onto the container when exposed to extreme flight conditions. The tests were successfully conducted by titling the container to a certain degree and inverting the container upside down. The two hosts and the program team witnessed on site that Aicon container is sufficiently stable and reliable to withstand the ultimate load without being damaged and got assured that the container will be a much safer choice for transporting the temperature sensitive shipments.

What is China Brand Day?
The Chinese central government has always attached great importance to brand development and encouraged to improve from Chinese Product to Chinese Brand. The State Council approved the establishment of “China Brand Day” on 10th May every year with the objective of promoting Chinese brands and spreading Chinese voices. Each Aicon container is rigorously tested prior to its delivery to the market. The tests including Battery Qualification Test, Ignition Test, Magnetic Field Test, Environmental Test, Ultimate Load Test, Performance Test and Reliability Test will be carried out for verifying the safety, stability and reliability of the Containers. We will demonstrate with few examples in this post:
1. Inland Transportation Test. We have conducted a 5000km inland transportation test on AiCon Containers. The truck carrying TCC drives for 5000KM on the 3 Level Road as per JTG B01 Standard, during which the battery level remained 10%+. The TCC was pre-set at the temperature of 5℃ and 20℃. In accordance with the test record, neither alarms for abnormality, structure deformation or rupture, nor the displacement of the electrical wiring occurred during the test. All data including the internal temperature comply with the requirements.

2. Ultimate Load Test. In the test, we have applied an ultimate load on different testing conditions including Upper, Down, Front, After and Sides (internal and external). The TCC has withstood the ultimate loads on each condition within the specified time. There was no obvious displacement during loading and no significant deformation or rupture on the TCC after unloading.

3. Reliability Test. we have started the reliability test since last November. The Aicon container under test has been running continuously without interruption during the past five months and is still running stably. Meanwhile we have carried out 32 times of charging and discharging tests and temperature control test on the container and no alarm for abnormalities occurred. All test results comply with the requirement to prove its reliability and stability in temperature controlling performance.

What kind of harsh environment should a temperature-controlled container withstand and meanwhile ensure the accurate and reliable temperature control performance? Is it the intense coldness in the winter, the torrid heat in the summer or even turbulence in the sky? A qualified Aicon Container shall withstand all these tests. This is our pursuit of quality and our commitment to every customer.
Each Aicon Container will undergo a series of rigorous tests on the components and overall reliability tests before the delivery to the market and user. In the electrical equipment transportation test, a 5000km transportation test has been carried out to simulate the normal use for 10 years, that is 25 times of standard requirement. In the ambient temperature test, Aicon will keep the preset temperature of 5℃ for almost 29h at the high temperature of 43℃ and 46h at the low temperature of -20℃. In the container door opening test, we have repeated it for 2000+times. HB TempCon abides by WHO and ISTA standards, insists on making "troubles" for Aicon containers and accompanies with each Aicon Container on the “long-distance race”.

Qingdao Haier Biomedical Research & Development Data Center was built in 2020 with a total investment of 60million RMB. The Testing Center leads in testing medical devices covering -196°C-8°C low-temperature cold chain storage, biosecurity, incubators and etc. There are 18 labs, 460 sets of test apparatus enabling tests on over 200 items. The laboratory has been qualified with CTDP laboratory certificate by UL institution in America, the TUV Rheinland Data Mutual Recognition Laboratory Certificate and certified with CNAS Certificate, meeting the requirements in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 "General Requirements for testing and calibration laboratories capacities
