GaoQiao town is the western part of Ningbo, which is an important port city in the coastal economic zone and the Yangtze River economic zone of China. It is the birthplace of LiangZhu story (one of China's ancient four large folklore, The Butterfly Lovers Story). This architecture is a complex of public facilities consisting of three volumes of multi-purpose hall (large), sports center (middle), civil administration center (small) and culture center that connects them. Culture center is the main path that connects each facility, and it provides open communication spaces, such as library and auditorium to the public. There are the entrance plaza with an outdoor stage and basketball court, tennis court in the southwest of the site. They are planned to be able to integrally use with green leisure park in the southeast of the site.

This project consists of two zoning that is Civic Square and Business break Plaza. Civic Square is a public city square to be used by the local residents. It is a place of activities such as dance, calligraphy, rollerblading, and you can watch Seasonal flowers at the biotope and the rain garden. Business break Plaza is a daily path that is connecting conference hall, offices and the high-rise office building Hall. It is not only the Business break space but also a private business meeting space. It makes businessman improving the work efficiency, and it provides outdoor work area that can also be promoting the health of their mind and body.

Tashan valley tourism resort ZhangXi River drifting project has total length 3km from the LongGuan Bridge which is starting point to the Tashan Weir which is end point. The water area is about 80,000 square meters, it has eight piers. It is planned promenade of wood deck in parallel with the river. The visitors can experience a variety of attractions such as teahouses, barbecue, Aquatic Botanical Garden, Wetland Park, JiangNan riverside (chinese traditional riverside street), fish restaurant, walking the old road. We designed two pier and its attached facilities and a bamboo forest teahouse and a barbecue platform.

The Zhanxi-River pier is TAY's first project in Ningbo China. The building which was built at the foot of the Mt.Buddha’s head (the mountain has stones like head) is the starting point of Zhanxi-river drifting. This is a resting place that provides food and beverage and the surrounding tourist information to passengers. This area has been designated as protected areas of Pterocarya stenoptera forest, it is a natural environment rich place that was located upstream of the river that flows through the Ningbo City from Mt.Siming. The building exterior wall is used Meiyuan stone of the local. The volume of construction is cantilevered over the river. When typhoons coming every year, the water level of the river reaches up to more than the height of the bridge, and reaches the lower end of the building.

At 20km from Ningbo City to the west, this area is located in the foothills of the Mt.Siming that is national forest park Wilderness area. There is beautiful water and lush greenery. This area is located upstream of Tuoshan-weir (833 AD) ,that is one of the ancient Chinese four major water conservancy projects, is planned Tuoshan cultural tourism project with comprehensive functions containing culture exhibition, leisure, tourism, commerce and housing. This project is located in the central district. It is a project to developing residence for the Ningbo unique culture and healthy life.
