We are a group of professional deep elevator practitioners. We are fully aware of customer problems. Decades of experience tell us that there are still many problems in the elevator industry that urgently need to be addressed. Such as the development of custom designs, the shortage of local elevator engineers, the control of elevator installation, the non-standard operation of after-sales service, and the outdated mode of cooperation of elevator agents and partners.
Most elevator providers take them seriously, just provide the same normal elevators and services, and think business is over when the elevator is gone. A much discussed business form unable to meet local service needs for foreign market customers. But our LG Rise is different because we build a good relationship with our customers.
Therefore, we built our company, LG Elevator, which is determined to focus on local services while providing customized elevators. Q2. What advantages your elevators have?

We use the best parts for our elevators, gearless motor from XIZI forwarder, door operator from Shenling or Wittur, control system from Monarch or STEP etc. All these parts from the biggest and the best suppliers in the world. Actually, elevator is an assembled product. And we control the design, control system, and the parts quality and delivery. Our strict management make sure the elevator can be installed without any problem and all parts will be fixed in the correct position, our design make sure the elevator can run stably and efficiently.


Q3. What about your price level?

Our price is in the middle level in market. Our price is much lower than top famous elevator brands, however, we want to make good enough elevator and escalator, so we use the best parts from the best suppliers to guarantee the quality, that means our cost is not low, so we can't give price so low as the other elevator suppliers. You can find out lower price than ours in the market. So all of our clients are middle level people or companies, they like lower price but not dreed, they require good quality and not limit.

Our main parts are from the biggest suppliers in China, for example, Gearless motor is XIZI Forward; Door operator is NINGBO Shenling or Suzhou Eshine, or Wittur; Control system is Monarch, or STEP or Bluelight; Safety parts from AODEPU or DONGFANG; Contractor is Schneider(France) or SIEMENS(Germany); Big and famous suppliers can provide stable quality and service.

How many years of experience do you have in overseas markets? Which countries have you exported to?
We have more than 10 years experience in developing oversea market since 2007.

How many products do you produce each year and how many orders do you have each year?
We totally produced 4000units elevators and 2000units escalators in 2015，for oversea market, 800units elevators and 300units escalators.

We are an elevator and escalator group, and an elevator and escalator solution supplier. We have our own factory, We have our own import and export company, we have our own research and development company.

Do your products have quality assurance? How long is the warranty period?
Of course, we have a professional after sales team. And our quality guarantee time is 18months after delivery.

Can you provide installation service?
Yes, we can send our engineers to your site to do the installation. But most of our customers ask local professional engineers to install elevators for them. You know, if our engineers go to do it, you will pay more in air tickets and hotel. Local people do it can save much money for you.
Don’t worry about the elevator installation, it can be done by all professional elevator engineers from different countries. It just like assemble a bike, we will provide you installation manual, electrical diagram, control system manual and so on.

How many days can your product be completed?
We can finish production within 25-30days. If you need the elevators urgently, we can make it as urgent order and we can finish production within 20days. If it is more than 10 units and less than 20 units, it takes 25days;

What is the standard configuration of your products?
For passenger elevator, Car inside and ground floor door panels are Hairline stainless steel finish, the other floors are painted steel finish. You can choose car inside as etching mirror stainless steel finish, more and more people like that decoration.

Does your product have other extra features?
We can provide many optional functions and parts, like ARD device, Card control device, Voice announcer device, Voltage stabilizer device, duplex and group control function.

What if the elevator is out of power? What problems have you had with your elevators?
We can provide ARD device, Automatic Rescue Device. When power off, this device will act and provide power to elevator. And it can run elevator to the nearest floor and open the door, people can come out. That means Automatic rescue.

What is the lifespan of your elevator?
Our elevator design can guarantee it will keep running for 15years, this is China National Standard. As long as your regular maintenance for the elevator is good, it can run for more than 20years.

Do you have agents in our country? Can I sign an agency agreement with you?
Not yet. We have talked with some people from your country, but we don't have any agents there. You know, we think it's serious to establish an agent in one country, we must make sure they have enough capacity and enough experience to be. However, I think our clients also need time to test our elevator. So normally, we need 1 to 2 years of cooperation time, then we consider a sales agent.
2）We have some clients in your country, but still no agent there. If you are interested in that, we can start to try cooperation and talk about that.
14. When it comes to price?
You must know that in China, one product has different prices, from 1 dollar to 1000dollars. For example，for one same elevator，some suppliers offer USD10000, some suppliers offer USD15000, and some offer USD8000 price, why? Because materials and parts are different, lower price depends on lower materials and parts, that’s natural. If some suppliers provide low price but high quality, I think they are not doing long term business, because long term business needs win-win for both. So lower price is not better, you should find out the middle level or average level price in the market, that is the reasonable price for long term cooperation.

What are the advantages of your products?
1）You know, most of the elevator companies are trying to make their cost as low as possible, so they start to use some low parts for elevator, they they can provide low price to clients. But that’s not good for clients, because low parts may bring many many troubles for elevators after 2-3years running. So stable parts supply is very important for elevator, you know, elevator business must be a long time business, because it will be used for about 20years, not only for 5years.

2）Our products have ISO9001 Quality certificate ISO4001 Circumstance certificate， Russian certificate， CE certificate， National manufacture license
3）We can provide 18months quality guarantee time after delivery. Normally, the other companies provide only 12 months.
4）We have after-sales service department especially for oversea market. Because we know how important to provide service to customers in time. Normally, the other companies never consider it so deep like us.
5）Each order, we will provide spare parts to customers, to save time and cost for customers when some elevator parts failed.
6）We can send our engineers to install elevators for customers. They did installation jobs in Kenya, Tanzania, Iraq, Iran, Palestine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, South Africa, Australia and so on. They are professional and local customers praise them very much.
