Seven things nobody tells you before you move to Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Some of these took me years to actually understand. The tropical dry forest is unique to a small part of Guanacaste in Costa Rica. We are the only place that has a true dry, desert like season where many of the trees lose their leaves.
