One room. Several carefully designed scenarios.

From the bed as the focal point, to the workspace integrated into the cabinetry and the corner by the window - functions change, while the space remains visually calm.

That was the idea, to make room for more, without ever making the room feel like too much.

A kitchen doesn’t have to be open to the living area to feel like part of it.

Here, we gave it its own space without completely separating it. Glazed doors maintain a visual connection with the dining area, while the kitchen itself remains simple, functional and free of unnecessary elements.

Distinct on its own. Still part of the same whole.

A living area that doesn’t ask for attention - yet naturally gets it.

The warmth of wood flows throughout the space, while art, lighting and carefully placed contrasts give the interior its character. The living and dining areas share the same visual language, while each retains an identity of its own.

Designed for everyday living and for the moments when everyone gathers around the same table.

A new story begins. This time in Vračar.

A home designed not simply to look beautiful, but to belong to the people who live in it. Refined where it needs to be, playful where it can be, and personal enough for every space to have a character of its own.

With every new Japes project, the same identity takes on a new spatial expression.
In Manchester, we continued to develop its recognisable visual language through industrial elements, bold lighting accents, warm materials and details that give the space its energy.
