Our priority is not to place as many people as possible, but to develop skilled professionals and build strong, long-term relationships with our partner companies.

A new trainee has just arrived, and her company prepared this as a welcome gift for her. Our trainees are also very hardworking and excellent.

For me, fairness, respect, and a strong sense of unity are very important. It makes me really happy to see that everyone is doing well, becoming friends, and supporting each other.

A small note:

From the very beginning, our priority has been to be fair to employers, employees, and the agency.

Anyone who tries to use us to take excessive advantage of our applicants is the worst for us. We are committed to protecting our candidates and ensuring fair cooperation for everyone involved.

For our applicants, we look for good and family-oriented employers. At the same time, for employers we carefully select the best and most suitable employees. We aim to provide this with fair prices and a very supportive, family-like service.

Unfortunately, there are always people who approach us wanting to cooperate or work with us.

However, we often hear that behind our backs, some of them triple the prices and charge the applicants much more. This behavior is disrespectful and dishonest.

We will not cooperate with people who act in this way.

Very good news✨✨All apprentices have passed their probation periods.
And I’m especially proud of him, he won 2nd place in the school competition and received the well-deserved prize.

After a few months, I finally got to see the some of the Azubi again, from Freiburg, Hamburg, Regensburg and Kappeln.

Hard-working, reliable, and highly motivated girls and boys. 🍻🥂 proud of you guys

“Updates after a while in Germany: Vocational school ( Berufsschule) is difficult, and the apprentices have to make a great effort to understand it. That’s why the most important factor for a successful apprenticeship is the language!”
