We were honored to be 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗻 Express FM, where we had the opportunity to introduce SIRYOS ACADEMY to a broader audience.
Our Executive Director, Mehdi Bouzaiane shared the story of how SIRYOS ACADEMY was born. It is a spin-off SIRYOS Integration, created with a clear mission: to teach and transfer the very technologies we integrate. SIRYOS ACADEMY was designed as a training center accessible to everyone, whether you wish to reconvert, start learning from scratch, or develop existing skills. Over time, this approach has grown into a business model that connects innovation with education, ensuring that every solution we deliver is accompanied by the knowledge to use it effectively.
During the program, we also presented the three pillars of SIRYOS ACADEMY: the strategic pillar, which guides our vision and long term planning, the commercial pillar, which connects our work to market needs and the HR pillar, which places people and talent at the center of our mission.
On this last point, our HR Director, Lilia Jedidi, shared her insights about how talent development is central to our mission. She highlighted that SIRYOS ACADEMY’s approach combines developing our own teams with equipping professionals to excel in other organizations, creating a broader impact through the transfer of knowledge and expertise.
We were especially grateful to our beneficiaries, Hadhil Goddi and Ahmed Chaouachi , for sharing their personal experiences and testimonials. Their stories illustrate the real life impact of SIRYOS ACADEMY and remind us why our work matters.
