الصيانة الدورية لمحطة رفع مياه الصرف الصحي – الأربعين
تقع محطة الأربعين بحي الأربعين وتبلغ مساحتة 472 متر مربع والتي تخدم مساحة تبلغ 274 فدان.
يبلغ قطر المجمع الداخل إلى المحطة 300مم، وقطر خط الطرد 300مم بطول 1762م.
تصرف المحطة على غرفة تهدئة بخط انحدار قطر 1200 الموجه إلى محطة الزراير الجديدة والقديمة.
المحطة مصب لحي الأربعين بالكامل (كفر كامل – كفر أحمد عبده القديم – شارع أحمد عرابي – منطقة الغوري – كفر سلامة – شارع النيل – البراجيلي ....).
تم إنشاء المحطة سنة 1985، وأخر عملية إحلال وتجديد للمحطة سنة 2007.
يحتوي عنبر الطلمبات على عدد (2) طلمبة قدرة 120 ل/ث ( 1 طلمبة تشغيل + 1 طلمبة إحتياطي).
أقصى طاقة للمحطة 10,000 متر مكعب/يوم بتشغيل عدد (1) طلمبة بخلاف الطلمبة الاحتياطية.

الصيانة الدورية لمحطة زرب الجديدة والقديمة السويس

تقع محطة رفع زرب الجديدة بحي السويس والتي تخدم مساحة 802 فدان.
يبلغ قطر المجمع الداخل إلى المحطة 1000 مم، وقطر خط الطرد 600 مم بطول 4435 متر.
يصب على المحطة تصرفات محطات (بور توفيق 1 – بور توفيق 2 - السواحل) و شبكات حى السويس ونقطة مصب المحطة إلى مجمع خطوط الطرد الرئيسي القديم"برك الأكسدة") .
يحتوي عنبر الطلمبات على عدد (4) طلمبة قدرة 350 ل/ث ( 3 طلمبة تشغيل + 1 طلمبة إحتياطي).
أقصى طاقة للمحطة 90720 متر مكعب/يوم بتشغيل عدد (3) طلمبة بخلاف عدد (1) طلمبة إحتياطية.

يبلغ قطر المجمع الداخل إلى المحطة 800مم، وقطر خط الطرد 800مم بطول 6740 متر.
يصب على المحطة تصرفات محطات (العمدة-قرية عامر-الحطابة-عمر بن الخطاب-الشعراوية-منطقة السيدة هاشم-منطقة الجبلايات-محطة الحسني –محطة فريد طحيمر) ونقطة مصب المحطة إلى مجمع خطوط الطرد الرئيسي القديم"برك الأكسدة") .
يحتوي عنبر الطلمبات على عدد (4) طلمبة قدرة 250 ل/ث ( 2 طلمبة تشغيل + 2 طلمبة إحتياطي).
أقصى طاقة للمحطة 40,000 متر مكعب/يوم بتشغيل عدد (2) طلمبة بخلاف عدد (2) طلمبة إحتياطية.

Job Description
The Architectural Designer works with a team of Designers, Architects and Engineers to develop design concepts which are incorporated into a final product that meets client specifications. This individual may supervise a less senior Designer or Drafter, but will primarily work on technical aspects of a project.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops architectural design concepts; prepares documents during design development phase. Corrects and updates design documents. Develops solutions to design problems.
Uses 3D MAX and/or Revit to develop sketches, drawings and construction documents that align with company design and CAD/BIM standards.
Reviews drawings and documents to assure compliance with company design and production standards.
Ability to work as a team member and capable of interpreting the requested design.
Ensure acceptable levels of quality and checks for coordination of work to assure documents reflect design intent and necessary coordination.
Coordinates architectural design work with related engineering disciplines.
Attend job and construction meetings and participate in the coordination of the work.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of previous architectural design experience.
Bachelor Degree of Architecture degree is a must.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
Must be proficient in the use of computer for design and understand CAD operations; Autodesk Revit drawing in-office experience is strongly preferred.
General knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems design.
Understanding and knowledge of applicable codes.
Proven team player with strong time management skills; must be able to juggle more than one project at a time.
Customer service experience exhibiting strong oral and written communication skills.
