A.D.A.S for Contracting and Trading is a midsize contracting and trading company. A.D.A.S for Contracting and Trading provides our customers/clients with construction and trading services for all types of buildings/projects across six sectors:
• Construction Works; Concrete and Steel Works.
• Civil and Finishing Works; That covers all types of finishing works (Block works, Landscape, Painting, Marble, etc.)
• Electro-Mechanical Works; by carrying out all MEP works (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Solar System, Electric power and Lighting, Low Current System, etc.)
• Facilities Management; covers the Hard, Soft Services, Client/Owner Asset Management.
• Water and Waste Water Works; by carrying out the engineering, ex*****on, operation and Maintenance works for all types of plants (RO’s, Water and Waste Water treatment Plants, Lifting Stations, Piping Networks, Etc.)
• Trading; as we are the local distributor for many European and Chinese Brands such as PCE German measuring instruments, Frigel Italian Cooling Systems, HERZ Valves and QDC Waste Equipment. 🔎 WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Site Mechanical Engineer Experience: 5–7 Years

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, site-based + office

🛠️ YOUR ROLE

As a Site Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical MEP works on site, including:

➢ HVAC Systems

➢ Fire Fighting Systems

➢ Plumbing Systems

➢ Installation, Testing & Commissioning

➢ Site Supervision & Quality Control

➢ Coordination with Consultants, Contractors & Project Teams

➢ Technical Follow-up & Site Reporting

➢ Monitoring Project Progress & Supporting Timely Delivery

➢ Reviewing Drawings, Specifications & Site Requirements

🎯 WHAT YOU BRING

➢ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

➢ 5–7 years of hands-on experience in MEP site ex*****on.

➢ Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing systems.

➢ Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications.

➢ Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

➢ Good command of English, written and spoken.

➢ Strong communication skills with consultants, contractors, and site teams.

➢ Ability to work efficiently under project deadlines and deliverables.
