We’re expanding our façade-focused digital team and currently hiring for three BIM roles (Architecture BIM Modeler, Architecture BIM Specialist, Architecture BIM Coordinator).

💼 Open Positions:
🔹 1.Architecture BIM Modeler (0–2 Years’ Experience)
We're looking for a talented BIM Modeler to join our façade-specialist team and contribute to high-quality, innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
○ Collaborate closely with façade specialists and engineers to ensure model accuracy and coordination
○ Apply shop drawing details accurately into the BIM model, and raise flags or coordination highlights if certain details are not applicable or valid in specific locations.
○ Produce shop drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from the model
○ Support in clash detection processes and model updates
Requirements:
● Proven experience in BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit
● Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD
● Academic background in architecture or a related field
● Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650)
● Solid understanding of core BIM principles, including:
▫ Parameter types (instance/type), shared parameters
▫ Naming conventions and browser organization
▫ Central and local files, Work sets, groups, and managing links
▫ View templates and title block
▫ work with different type of families and structural elements in Revit model
● Knowledge of export settings and extensions from Revit
● Strong attention to detail, problem identification, and resolution skills
● Ability to work collaboratively within large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams
It is Plus to Have:
➕ Experience with Dynamo, Rhino. Inside, or other BIM automation tools
➕ Previous involvement in façade or multi-disciplinary projects

🔹 2. Architecture BIM Specialist (1–3 Years’ Experience)
We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Specialist to support our façade-focused BIM workflows by developing and managing Revit content, templates, and project standards. This role plays a key part in enhancing modeling efficiency, consistency, and automation across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Create and manage custom Revit families and content specific to façade systems, including:
▫ Structural framing, Structural stiffeners, Glazing panels, Cladding panels, Brackets, Glazed doors and windows
○ Define and maintain Revit parameters (shared, project, type/instance) to support data-driven modeling
○ Structure and maintain the BIM library in alignment with company standards, including façade families, project annotations, detail items, profiles, scripts, LOI documents, etc.
○ Develop and update view templates, title blocks, annotations, and project templates
○ Assess each project’s library needs to eliminate
redundant families and promote efficient, lightweight models
○ Collaborate with BIM Modelers and Coordinators to ensure project consistency and adherence to BIM standards
○ Ensure proper file naming, browser organization, and Revit environment setup across teams
○ Provide technical support and guidance on Revit usage and troubleshooting
○ Maintain model health and address warnings proactively
Requirements:
● Proven experience in developing and managing Revit content and templates
● Deep understanding of Revit families, parameters, and data structure
● Proficient in naming conventions, browser organization, view settings, and template workflows
● Experience in managing and maintaining BIM libraries
● Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650)
● Strong documentation and organizational skills
● Ability to collaborate effectively with modelers and BIM coordinators
It is Plus to Have:
➕ Knowledge of Dynamo or other automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks
➕ Experience with façade systems and parametric design logic
➕ Familiarity with quality control processes and content testing.

🔹 3. Architecture BIM Coordinator (3+ Years’ Experience)
We are looking for a proactive and organized BIM Coordinator to lead BIM processes across our façade projects. This role ensures model coordination, team workflows, and compliance with BIM standards while acting as a technical liaison between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Coordinate BIM workflows across project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
○ Manage multi-disciplinary model integration and support federated model workflows
○ Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools and follow up on issue resolution with respective teams
○ Implement and enforce BIM Ex*****on Plans (BEPs) and company BIM standards
○ Collaborate with BIM Modelers, Specialists, and Project Managers to ensure alignment of models with design intent
○ Review and audit models for quality control and compliance
○ Prepare coordination reports, clash logs, and review documentation
○ Support CDE (Common Data Environment) workflows and model sharing procedures
○ Schedule and lead coordination meetings (internal & external with consultants or clients)
○ Attend Coordination and interfaces meetings, prepare MOM and Give feedback to responsible team.
Requirements:
● Solid experience in BIM coordination across architecture or façade-related projects
● Strong Revit and Navisworks skills, including model management and clash detection
● Knowledge of BIM standards and documentation, such as ISO 19650 and BS 1192
● Familiarity with project setup, shared coordinates, work sets, and linked models
● Experience in multidisciplinary model integration
and cross-team coordination
● Understanding of BIM project documents, how to prepare it and how to apply it through project life cycle.
● Excellent organizational and communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
It is Plus to Have:
➕ Experience working with façade systems or complex geometry coordination
➕ Knowledge of CDE platforms and coordination clouds (e.g., BIM 360, ACC, Revizto).
➕ Exposure to Dynamo or visual scripting for BIM coordination efficiency
