Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the , ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Implement strategic plans to optimize production processes and meet quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials.
- Coordinate and supervise all tasks related to new and ensuring on time project implementation.
- Timely production of quality concrete as per the specification of the customers & its delivery.
- Monitoring and controlling of operational cost (Production, Maintenance…. etc.) and take effective cost reduction actions.
- Propose to the operation manager the plant Budget and all updates during the year.
- Planning, coordinating & controlling of all raw materials delivery, production and maintenance area according to the company policy.
- Monitor and follow up with the periodic and preventive maintenance for all plant equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize and multitask responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with all levels of the organization and external clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and service.
- Ensure the regular & preventive maintenance of the plant & equipment (truck mixer & pumps…. etc.).
- Define on monthly basis best performers in each department (Operation, QC, Maintenance…. etc.).
- Promptly solve all clients’ complaints.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures properly implemented.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
· in , , , or a related field preferred.
· +7 Years of experience in industry is a must or construction industry with emphasis on production and quality control
· Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations as they relate to ready-mix concrete production
· Proficient in Data Analysis reports, SAP system and Microsoft Office programs

· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Problem-solving and risk assessment expertise.
· Management and people management skills.
