We are proud to announce that Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, has inspected the East Matrouh Electrical Substation – a strategic project we had the privilege to execute on behalf of the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC).

With a capacity of 1,850 MVA, the substation plays a pivotal role in offloading power from the El-Dabaa Nuclear Plant and feeding the North Coast's tourism, industrial, and transportation sectors.

This achievement reflects the trust in MADKOUR Projects' proven ex*****on excellence. We extend our thanks to our dedicated team and to the state's leadership for their close monitoring of the development projects details

في إطار مسيرة شركة مدكور للمشروعات في تنفيذ المشروعات الحيوية التي تمس حياة المواطن، يسعدنا أن نشارككم تفقد الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء لمحطة محولات كهرباء شرق مطروح، والتي كان لنا شرف تنفيذها بأيدٍ مصرية خبيرة.

تأتي المحطة بطاقة ١٨٥٠ ميجا فولت أمبير، لتضاف إلى شبكة المحطات الاستراتيجية التي تعمل على تفريغ قدرات محطة الضبعة النووية، وتغذية القطاعات الحيوية بالساحل الشمالي من سياحة وصناعة ومواصلات.

MADKOUR Projects has been awarded the contract to implement the internal electrical networks for phases 2 and 3 of the 60,000 acre project in East El Oweinat, in partnership with the National Authority for Desert Land Reclamation and Middle Egypt Electricity Distribution Company, covering the supply and installation of 140 km of 22 kV overhead lines and all related electrical works, to be completed within five months to support agricultural expansion and provide reliable power infrastructure deep in the desert, with Madkour’s selection driven by its proven expertise in remote-area networks like Toshka and the New Delta, strong technical capabilities, and a competitive offer that balanced cost-efficiency with full technical compliance.

فازت شركة مدكور للمشروعات بعقد تنفيذ الشبكات الكهربائية الداخلية للمرحلتين الثانية والثالثة من مشروع الـ60 ألف فدان بشرق العوينات، بالتعاون مع الهيئة الوطنية لاستصلاح الأراضي الصحراوية وشركة مصر الوسطى لتوزيع الكهرباء، وذلك عبر توريد وتركيب 140 كيلومترًا من الخطوط الهوائية جهد 22 كيلوفولت مع كافة الأعمال الكهربائية المساندة، في مشروع يُنجز خلال خمسة أشهر لدعم التوسع الزراعي وتوفير بنية تحتية موثوقة في قلب الصحراء، ويأتي اختيار مدكور بفضل خبرتها الراسخة في شبكات المناطق النائية مثل توشكى والدلتا الجديدة، وقدراتها الفنية المتميزة، وعرضها التنافسي الذي جمع بين الكفاءة الاقتصادية والالتزام الفني الكامل.

That's why MADKOUR Academy partnered with Skills Bank to deliver "Leading Beyond," an interactive board game simulation that put our leaders in a high-stakes workplace scenario with tight resources, competing priorities, and unexpected market shifts.

The gamified experience pushed them to make hard calls under pressure, balance team capacity, and see exactly how daily leadership behaviors impact business results, trust, and morale. Theory became practical, and our leaders left with insights they can use immediately.

Grateful to 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 for an impactful session, and to our leaders for showing up with strategic energy and a collaborative spirit.
