عارف إن مطعمك ممكن يبدأ يخسر من أول يوم تشغيل؟

المشكلة مش دايمًا في الأكل أو الخدمة؛ أحيانًا بتكون مدفونة تحت بند التشطيبات.

المطعم مش مجرد ديكور حلو في صور الـ3D؛ هو Operational Machine كاملة، وأي خطأ في تصميمها بيتحوّل لخسائر يومية:

تهوية غير محسوبة، أو خلل في موازنة الـExhaust والـFresh Air، يخلي الحرارة والروائح تنتقل من المطبخ لصالة العملاء.

توزيع حركة غير مدروس ووجود Cross-Traffic بين فريق المطبخ والـService Staff يبطّأ الـService Flow، ويقلل سرعة تجهيز الطلبات والـTable Turnover.

حسابات كهربائية غير مناسبة للـHeavy-Duty Kitchen Equipment ممكن تسبب فصل الأحمال أو توقف معدات أساسية في أوقات الـPeak Hours.

ميول صرف غير صحيحة أو تنفيذ سيئ للـGrease Interceptors ممكن يسبب انسدادات، روائح وارتجاع مياه، ويضطرك لتكسير أرضيات المطعم بعد الافتتاح.

واختيار خامات شكلها جذاب لكنها مش Commercial-Grade يعني تآكل أسرع تحت تأثير الـHeavy Traffic، مواد التنظيف، الحرارة والاستخدام اليومي المستمر.

عشان كده، تشطيب مطاعم الـF&B مش مجرد ديكور أو تنفيذ بنود؛ ده تخصص قائم على فهم:

Restaurant Operations — Workflow — MEP Coordination — HACCP Compliance — Food Safety — Clean & Dirty Flow — Cold Chain Integrity — Maintenance — Fire & Life Safety.

The secret is not only in the render.
It is in the idea behind it.

This restaurant was designed to feel fresh, fast, and memorable from the first glance.
The white tiled grid gives the space a clean and structured base.

The orange glow adds energy and appetite.
The mascot gives the brand personality.
The graphics turn the walls into content.
The counter becomes the main visual anchor.

Together, these elements create more than a place to order grilled chicken.They create a brand people can walk into, photograph, remember, and talk about.

That is the difference between interior design and branded interior design.

The goal was clear: create a space for a healthy grilled chicken brand that feels fresh, bold, and instantly recognizable.

So we worked with a sharp visual system:
clean white tiles, orange grid lines, glowing counter panels, playful graphics, mascot-driven moments, and a seating area that turns the dining space into part of the brand story.

Because today, a restaurant is not only judged by the food.
It is judged by the feeling people get when they walk in, order, sit, take photos, and remember the brand.

From construction site to customer experience.
