From the very first design concept to ex*****on and finally to the grand opening, ICONA Construction was proud to be part of every stage of bringing NOODLES HUB – Eastern Court, Al Rehab to life.

From design and fit-out works to the final details, our team was there every step of the way to turn the vision into a complete, ready-to-open destination at Eastern Court, Al Rehab.

🔹 Technical Office Architect / Engineer (Female Only) – Remote or Full-Time

Minimum 3 years of experience.
BOQs, quantity surveying, cost estimation, and shop drawings.
Excellent English.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Excel, and MS Office.

🔹 Site Architectural Engineer (Male Only) – Commercial Fit-Out

Minimum 4 years of experience.
Experience in Retail, Offices, and Restaurants fit-out projects.
Strong site management, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling skills.
Good knowledge of finishing materials and construction details.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit, SketchUp, and Excel.

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to join our team.
🔹 Requirements | المتطلبات:
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement.

Experience in fit-out works for:
خبرة في أعمال التشطيبات (Fit-Out) لـ:
Retail shops | المحلات التجارية
Villas | الفيلات
High-end residential apartments | الشقق السكنية الفاخرة
Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and market prices.
معرفة قوية بالخامات والموردين وأسعار السوق.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
مهارات تفاوض وتواصل جيدة.
Ability to handle BOQs and project requirements efficiently.
القدرة على التعامل مع جداول الكميات ومتطلبات المشاريع بكفاءة.
🔹 Responsibilities | المهام:
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
البحث عن الموردين والتفاوض معهم ومع المقاولين من الباطن.
Preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
إعداد ومراجعة أوامر الشراء.
Ensuring timely delivery of materials according to project schedules.

Coordinating with technical and site teams.
