ASG is hiring for the following positions:

Tender Engineer

We are seeking a Tender Engineer with an architectural background to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for tender preparation, cost estimation, contractor payments, and basic project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare tender documents, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs from architectural drawings
• Review drawings and project specifications
• Prepare and review contractor interim payment certificates (Progress Payments)
• Prepare contractor statements / invoices and follow up on quantities
• Develop project time schedules and monitor progress against the plan
• Coordinate with design, technical, and procurement teams
• Analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings & specifications
• Experience in preparing contractor payments and BOQs
• Good understanding of project scheduling basics
• Excellent skills in AutoCAD
• Very good command of Excel (BOQs, payment certificates, schedules)
• Experience in Fit-Out / Interior Design projects is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
