As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 🧠💚 We’ve been reflecting on what it really means to feel well at work and beyond. We asked our team what helps them show up as their best selves.

Here’s Martha’s story:

Boxing has become more than just a workout- it’s my space to reset, build strength, and to start the day with a sense of purpose. It’s helped me find a better balance, not just in my career, but in how I show up for the people who matter most to me.

April was full of great moments across our ComeOn offices - here’s a little peek into it 🖤

This month brought a nice mix of fun and different experiences across our offices.

We played tennis in Graz, tested out a Boeing 737 flight simulator ✈️, and had a paint activity in the Stockholm office 🎨.

We also wrapped it up with a POP quiz in Malta that got everyone thinking (and laughing 😄).

Work, fun, and great people - that’s really what ComeOn is all about 🌍

Celebrating Earth Day in our own way 🌱

In Poland, our team got their hands in the soil, planting seeds to grow over time. In Malta, creativity took over as pots were painted and filled with plants and flowers to brighten our spaces.

A bit of competition, a lot of laughs, and just enough rivalry to keep things interesting.

At ComeOn, we love to roll our sleeves up. As part of our Colleagues Who Care initiative, our Graz team headed down to the Mur riverbanks for a local clean-up.

Swapping screens for gloves, they covered both the northern and southern routes, collecting waste and helping restore the area.

It’s a simple action, but a strong reflection of what matters to us.

Easter Fun at ComeOn Malta! 🌷🐰

This Easter, we hopped into some serious family fun! Our ComeOn team brought their little bunnies along for an egg-citing day filled with laughter, chocolate, and a classic Easter egg hunt.

From giggles to sugar highs, it was amazing to see all the little bunnies running around, hunting for eggs, and making memories that will last long after the last chocolate is gone. 💛
