Not every bathroom needs ripping out and starting again!
This bathroom in Costa Teguise just needed a few changes to make it work better for the owners.
The bath was removed and replaced with a new shower, with fresh tiling in the shower area. The old vanity was swapped for a new unit and wall cabinet, and new lighting was added to fi ish everything off.

A few changes, a lot less disruption, and a bathroom that works much better for them.

This project was only supposed to be a simple bathroom and kitchen renovation.

A few months later, it's become a complete transformation.

New kitchens and bathrooms have a habit of changing how you see the rest of your home. Once the work started, the project grew to include new ceilings, updated lighting, moved plumbing, built in shower storage, fresh decoration, new doors and countless details that have completely changed the feel of the apartment.

The best part? The owner had happily lived here for years and genuinely liked it as it was. Now he says he can't believe it's the same place!

And we're not finished yet. We'll be back to renovate the bedroom and outside terrace next.

This one has been amazing to be a part of.

Over time the work has grown far beyond gates and electrics.

These days, projects range from electrical installations and outdoor lighting to bathrooms, kitchens and full home upgrades across Lanzarote.

Still the same approach though, keep things straightforward, think things through properly before starting, and leave people with spaces that work better than they did before.

Not every bathroom suits the person using it, this one does now.

Full renovation in Puerto del Carmen with new tiling throughout, shower and shower tray, plumbing moved, and a niche built into the wall to keep things tidy.
The toilet was raised to suit the client, which makes more difference than people realise.

Added storage, new vanity unit and motion sensor low level lighting so you are not blinded at 2am!

Kept it neutral, kept it simple, and finished it off with a few details to bring it together.
