This one deserves more attention! A little throw back to this full outdoor lighting set up in Playa Blanca.

Ground lighting, bollard lighting, feature lighting, with the pool and garden lighting all controlled by Alexa!

With just a voice command the whole place lights up!

Not every bathroom suits the person using it, this one does now.

Full renovation in Puerto del Carmen with new tiling throughout, shower and shower tray, plumbing moved, and a niche built into the wall to keep things tidy.
The toilet was raised to suit the client, which makes more difference than people realise.

Added storage, new vanity unit and motion sensor low level lighting so you are not blinded at 2am!

Kept it neutral, kept it simple, and finished it off with a few details to bring it together.

Kitchen transformation project completed in Costa Teguise.

A lot of hours went into this one, but the end result speaks for itself!

Same apartment, another space that needed a bit of attention.

In this VV apartment in Puerto del Carmen, the lounge was updated to match the bedroom.
Wall panelling, the TV mounted cleanly, sockets cut neatly through the panels, and all the cables chased into the wall so nothing is left on show.

It's not about adding loads, just making the space work better and look calmer in the process.

The pipes worked fine, you just didn't need to see them!

In this Puerto del Carmen VV Apartment, a simple bit of boxing in above the kitchen cupboards made all the difference.

Clean, white and far less distracting.

Nothing complicated, just one of those small jobs that makes a space feel finished.

This one caused a bit of debate!

The old shower and sink came out to make way for a walk in shower. The husband was all for it!
The wife... less so, until it was finished!!

Once everything was moved around (yes, the sink is still there, just on a different wall), the difference was obvious. Bigger, brighter and far easier to live with.

A quick sketch to a full bedroom transformation!

Somehow, this drawing ended up looking exactly like the finished room. New floor tiles, a dropped ceiling, spotlights, ceiling-mounted bedside lights, wall panelling, and a colour scheme that pulled it all together.
