✨ TOWNHOUSE EXTENSION | PART TWO ✨

In Part One, we showed how we extended this townhouse in La Torre Golf Resort by incorporating part of the terrace into the interior.

The extension completely transformed the proportions of the home — especially the kitchen, which grew from approximately 2.20 m to almost 4 m.

Our clients chose a modern warm beige kitchen, complemented by gold handles, sink and tap. Integrated LED lighting adds warmth and highlights the finishes, while the beautiful LUCCA GOLD worktop became the perfect finishing touch.

The result is much more than a larger kitchen. The extension created:

So, of course, they had to go.

In this video, we reveal another special feature from our latest bathroom project — a beautifully designed and highly practical shower niche.

The LED lighting was installed vertically along the side of the niche rather than only across the top. This allows the light to spread evenly throughout the entire space and creates a more refined and balanced effect.

Two additional shelves will still be installed, maximising the available storage space while keeping the shower area clean and organised.

✨ Chrome trims around a niche? Let’s leave that in the 2000s ✨

This bathroom was completed only a few months ago by another company — but the final look of the niche didn’t match the level of elegance the client expected.

So the client contacted us with one question:
Can this be improved?
And the answer was yes !

First, we carefully removed the outdated chrome trims.
Then, we precisely cut and shaped the tile edges, grinding them into a perfect 45° angle to create elegant jolly edges — also known as mitered stone corners.

The final detail was finished with epoxy in the same colour as the tile, creating a clean, seamless, and high-end look.

The result?
✨ No visible chrome trims
✨ Clean 45° jolly edges
✨ Elegant stone-like corners
✨ Seamless epoxy finish
✨ A modern, timeless result

✨ ¿Perfiles cromados alrededor de un nicho? Dejémoslos en los años 2000 ✨

Este baño fue realizado hace solo unos meses por otra empresa — pero el acabado del nicho no tenía el aspecto elegante y moderno que el cliente esperaba.

Por eso nos contactó con una pregunta:
¿Se puede mejorar?
Y la respuesta fue sí.

Primero retiramos cuidadosamente los antiguos perfiles cromados.
Después, cortamos y trabajamos los bordes de las piezas, puliéndolos en un ángulo perfecto de 45° para crear esquinas tipo jolly — también conocidas como ingletes o esquinas a canto pulido.

El acabado final se realizó con epoxi en el mismo color que la pieza, consiguiendo un resultado limpio, continuo y de alta gama.

¿El resultado?
✨ Sin perfiles cromados visibles
✨ Bordes jolly a 45°
✨ Esquinas elegantes tipo piedra
✨ Acabado continuo con epoxi
