What idiot gets a flu bug in the middle of July in Spain!? THIS ONE!!!! (Obviously)!

Huge pool refurbished in Iznate, working alongside the owner (who himself knew a thing or two).

The pool was stripped out, relined with impermeable pool products, new skimmers, new jets, the addition of a new feeder pool which was attached to a solar powered heating system and Re-tiled throughout.

Beautiful finish to this large and open pool and patio area, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

An old fibreglass pool brought back to life. The skimmers were not working, and the pool itself had become clogged up and nasty with mould and algae.

So, new pipework was installed, pump was serviced, filter was emptied and cleaned, pool cleaned, water balanced, and all good to go.

A recent pool retile due to rust spots showing through the old mosaic. This was caused because the concrete was not sealed properly and the ties and bars in the walls rusted and bled through the tile adhesive and grout.

The solution was to strip back the old mosaic tiles, cut out and repair the rusted rebar and reinforcements, before re-rendering the pool with impermeable cement before the re-tile.

Another pool pipe repair. The wrong pipe was fitted which buckled under the pressure of the pump due to too much movement in the pipework.

Often the wrong pipework on your pool can cause problems with pressure, drainage or filtration.

Too often I am called to repair blocked and damaged pipe work because the wrong type of pipe has been used to connect the skimmers, jets, waste and vacuum.

Quite often installers use a type of flexible pipe which should only be used for unpressurized waste water removal, from your bathroom or kitchen for example, and not from a pressurised system such as your swimming pool.

Blockages, twists, bends and kinks can all be caused by using this type of pipework.
