Full site clearance and regrade carried out to transform this sloped, overgrown area into a clean, level space ready for foundations for the extension and a new drive.

Works included:
• Strip out of vegetation and topsoil
• Removal of roots and debris
• Cut and level across the whole plot
• Prep ready for foundations and driveway works

Tight residential job but good access meant we could get in, get it done efficiently and leave it tidy.

All aspects of groundwork covered – from site clearance to finished product.

Another solid day on this one 💪

Started with a Full strip out of the old conservatory and overgrown area…
➡️ Full strip out completed
➡️ Site cleared and opened up
➡️ Heavy roots removed
➡️ Ground reduced and shaped
➡️ Driveway dug out and prepped
➡️ Type 1 MOT installed and levelled ready for the next stage
➡️ Trial holes dug to each corner of the property to expose existing foundations for planning/building control

Big transformation already and we’re only just getting started 🔥

Everything done properly from the ground up — from investigation works right through to prep 👌

Next stage: final levels and getting the driveway finished 🚧

Blocked pipe & root damage sorted today 💧🌳

Customer had ongoing issues with a pipe from a pond outlet which was causing the garden to flood every-time it rained — inspection showed a blockage around 20m in.

Once opened up, the cause was clear… tree roots had completely invaded the pipe.

We:
✔️ Excavated to locate the issue
✔️ Removed damaged section
✔️ Installed new pipe
✔️ Backfilled and reinstated

Flow now fully restored and fixed properly 💪

These problems only get worse over time, so always worth getting them sorted early.
