A look back at this full roof build from 2023 🔨 I took this one on from the wall plate up, building the roof structure and forming three rooflight openings before creating the falls to the front into the box gutter. From there I completed the full warm-roof build-up with the plywood deck, vapour control layer, insulation and OSB deck, followed by the GRP trims, matting and finished GRP roof. I also completed the leadwork and fitted the rooflights. These photos give a good example of a full warm-roof build-up, from the roof structure and falls through to the insulation, decking and finished GRP system.
