Director Jordan was proudly presented this award last week for his support to local charity . It’s an honour of ours to work alongside this amazing charity who change kids life on a daily basis and a credit to everyone involved.

‘Last week at our awards night we presented The Caldecott Community Champion Award and would like to recognise someone who embodies exactly what community support is all about.

Jordan is the kind of person who never asks, “Why?” or “What’s in it for me?” He simply asks, “What do you need?”

At Caldecott, we are incredibly fortunate to have people like Jordan in our corner. Whether it’s giving up his time, providing practical support, rallying behind our fundraising efforts or encouraging others to get involved, he is always there when we need him.

He has donated incredible prizes including VIP Chelsea tickets to help boost our fundraising efforts, and time and time again has used his connections to open doors and create opportunities for the charity.

Jordan is also taking on the London Marathon in April 2027 to raise much needed funds aswell being our Captain in our local charity football match in September.

Jordan, your generosity, kindness and willingness to help at a moment’s notice make a genuine difference to the lives of the children we support.

Flat roof at Hamstreet Victory hall completed.

- New 3 layer torch on felt system
- New 18mm OSB boards

This roof was well past its sell by date. Old boards was one of the worse we have ever seen as pictured at the end.

One of our biggest jobs to date is underway in London.

With half of this property only being 10 years old, what we have uncovered we have never seen before.

A full strip and re tile is needed on this property including all flat roofs, new rafters to be installed, chimney reductions, facia sofitt and guttering and insulating.

We also have teams completing electrical works, fire stopping, brick repairs and more.

Keep your eyes peeled for progression photos throughout the next 8 weeks whilst we reinstate this back to how it should be.
