Job recently completed in portadown, pullcord for shower had burnt out and the customer was also looking to remove pullcords for shower,fan and light.

Contactor installed to be able to operate shower through a Lightswitch.

Light and fan now switched through the same switch outside of bathroom for a cleaner look all round.

Called out to a job for an rcd tripping, after investigation found that it was the sub board for the septic tank that was causing the fault due to the condition it was in, the 16mm cables that were feeding meter for the septic tank had been wired into the tumble dryer mcb. Which were taken out and rewired with the correct size cable and put on their own breaker.

Haven’t posted on here in over a year, had the page sitting on the back burner but going to try and be more active on the page throughout this year, to keep everyone up to date on recent and future jobs and to showcase the work we carry out.

🟡 recent callout for two sockets not working, found burnt terminals on the sockets which was due to the customer running a tumble dryer and washing machine from an extension lead due to there only being one socket nearby both appliances.
🟡 new socket faces fitted and additional surface mounted socket fitted beneath countertop.
