A little bathroom refresh completed this week in Guildford for a landlord’s rental property.

This was a light update rather than a full bathroom project, with selected fittings replaced and new vanity units built and fitted.

The work included:

New toilet and basin installed
Associated vanity units built and fitted
Shower mixer tap replaced
Shower screen replaced

H-Fix stepped in at short notice after the original plumber became unavailable. This last-minute emergency booking helped prevent the wider project, including the flooring, redecoration and other follow-on work, from being held up and helped the customer keep things moving.

The bathroom will now receive redecoration and new vinyl flooring.

A practical, tidy result for the customer, with the new fittings working neatly together in the space.
