Hardwood door sill replacement completed 👷‍♂️

Old sill had started to rot and also needed raising around 20mm to allow for the new flooring levels...

Door was trimmed down to suit the new height and the new hardwood sill was carefully recessed to take the existing metal weather bar. With damp proof membrane installed underneath to help protect it long term 💧
New hardwood trims were fitted, then everything was filled and made good, ready for painting 🎨

Patio makeover completed using the customer’s existing slabs 🛠️

The original patio had been poorly installed and had become uneven and unsafe. I lifted the slabs, installed a much more suitable sub-base, and relaid the patio to create a safe, level, and tidy outdoor space. 👊🏽

A huge improvement without the cost of new paving, and most importantly, a very happy customer! ✅
