I had a customer contact me asking to upgrade their security on a garage door which didn't meet his insurance requirements.

I installed a British standard union strongbolt.

The customer was happy with the finish and happy they're now fully covered by their insurance company.

A customer contacted me the other day as they could not open their front door, it was jammed shut!

I attended the property and opened the door.

The gearbox had failed, stopping the handle from operating the multipoint.

Once I Replaced the gearbox and adjusted the door, it worked like new.

Had a call from a customer who could not secure their front door.

When on site, it was apparent the gearbox had failed.

I Replaced the gearbox and because the old cylinder was worn and they only had one key, i also replaced that as well.

Customer was happy they could secure their front door again.
