New door fitted to this office cabin this morning

Brave few jobs red up today. Couple of shaker doors made up to hide this electric box. Bit of architrave done and couple other wee bits at the first home in Antrim.
Few bits of door furniture changed at another house in Belfast
Bit of skirting and a tv media unit fitted in another house in Antrim
And a radiator cover made and fitted(forgot pics 🙄)
Few other wee bits and bobs cleared up in the last couple of busy days.
Plenty more measuring and quoting to get done over the weekend, and as per usual. Another job tomorrow.

All new doors, skirting, architrave and door stops done for the downstairs of this home in antrim.
All old materials removed and disposed off
Existing door frames sanded down before new trims put on removing layer of varnish ready for all to be painted.
Another one finished off looking well 👌🏻

5 doors hung upstairs today for this customer.
Old doors removed and disposed off
Existing door stops carefully removed. Ripped down, adjusted and refitted to suit the new thicker doors

Customs bunk beds built and fitted to this customers home for growing teenagers.
Bunks needed but a double bed just wasn’t cutting it so a custom king and single was needed.
Built in wardrobe re jigged to make better use of the space with new hanging rail and shelves. Finished off with shaker doors to tidy it all up.
Downstairs hallway and living room all finished with skirting and architrave 👌🏻✅

Been a busy few weeks with little posting on here. So here’s a wee update on some of what we’ve been up too.
Couple pics only but you get the gist.

🔴 All old doors, frames, skirting and architrave throughout the house as well as old balustrade removed. Taken away and dumped ✅

🔴 All new (custom for these brilliantly strange sized/shaped walls🙈) frames supplied, built and fitted along with new door jams ✅

🔴 All new oak doors and black hardware supplied and fitted throughout the house ✅

🔴 All new skirting and architrave supplied and fitted throughout the house ✅

🔴 Nee balustrade supplied and fitted with black metal spindles matching new door hardware ✅

🔴 Unit built and fitted above stairs to provide some useful storage for the family. Finished with nice mouldings and push opens for a clean look. Built in line with head heights leaving plenty of space ✅

🔴 Stair stringers clad to give fresh surface for painting ✅

🔴 Front and back doors around frames capped in covering up exposed brick and foam from new doors previously being fitted ✅

This home also got the decking and lean too built.
It may all look like straight forward standard carpentry work but it was definitely a challenging couple weeks work finding mystery wires being skirtings and architraves and walls that must of been built using cooked spaghetti as a level and a drunk plasterer to finish it off 🙈
But we’re done. And now getting ready for the next few projects 🙌🏻

This weeks job near finished up. Few wee bits to just finish off nicely.
Decking replaced and closed in lean too built. Hatch made for manhole access and 2 gates for easy entrance to gardens and around the house 👌🏻

🌟 🌟 Soo. Today marks the last day this man will be working part time with me.
As of Monday onwards he’ll be joining me full time. Meaning we can get to more of our customers jobs that bit quicker and get more booked in.

This weeks job finished up along with a few other bits and bobs in the evenings as usual 😎
Herringbone flooring, media wall and skirting ready to go on after skimming.
