Kevin was quick to respond to my request for a quote. The quote was reasonable and I was happy to progress with him because he seemed a genuine person
He installed the unit as promised and even gave me advice on obtaining what I believe are called vents
Finally and
Much to his credit my wife inadvertently paid him twice!!! To his absolute credit he immediately told us this and refunded the relevant amount
This is an excellent example of his honesty and total trustworthiness in an industry not renowned for this attribute!
