✨ Project Highlight | Hilton Garden Inn, Customs House, Dublin ✨

We’re proud to share a throwback to one of our completed hospitality projects at the Hilton Garden Inn, Customs House, Dublin. Our team delivered a front of house electrical refurbishment within a live hotel environment.

The work our operatives carried out included: safe isolation, disconnections, system alterations, new installations and additions, followed by thorough testing, commissioning and final sign-off, of which all was completed with minimal disruption to hotel operations with a strong focus on safety, quality and coordination.

This project is serves as another example of our ability to work seamlessly in operational spaces, combining technical expertise with careful planning and attention to detail. Brining a client’s vision to life and creating a refreshed guest experience.

A huge shout out to our team for their professionalism throughout and to all staff and stakeholders involved, aiding the smooth collaboration.

🦺💪 Manual Handling: Small Actions. Big Impact. 💪🦺

Manual handling is something that affects everyone - at work, at home, on site, anywhere and everywhere. Lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling may seem and rightly are routine tasks but done incorrectly, it’s one of the leading causes of injury.

The good news is that most manual handling injuries are preventable providing you:

✔️ Plan before you lift: assess the load size, weight and shape along with your surroundings (including weather if applicable).
✔️ Use your legs, not your back: by keep a stable and balanced posture, ensure to avoid stooping or leaving over the object.
✔️ Know your limits: if it’s heavy or awkward, stop and reassess, some lifts may require help (team lifts or possible mechanical aid).
✔️ Ask for help or use aids: teamwork prevents injuries and makes for easier lifts.
✔️ Stay flexible and strong: stretching and movement matter, in many cases it’s the easy small lifts that we underestimate which can do the most damage.

So whether you are on site or in an office, by simply taking a few extra seconds to think ahead and plan a lift safely can protect your body for many years to come, looking after yourself also means looking after those around you.

🏨✨ New Project Win: The Dilly Hotel, Piccadilly – London ✨🏨

We’re very proud to announce that we have successfully secured a new project; works at the iconic Dilly Hotel located in the very heart of Piccadilly London — a stunning landmark and hotel of luxury steeped in heritage, elegance and history.

Originally opened in 1908 as The Piccadilly Hotel, The Dilly has remained a longstanding symbol of London luxury, welcoming royalty, dignitaries, artists and travellers alike from across the world. To be trusted with works within such a prestigious and historic setting is a privilege we do not take lightly.

With operatives already on-site, our current scope of works spans various areas within this live hotel environment:

Oak Room & Bar along with the Front of House Reception and Entrance:
A full electrical strip-out followed by first and second fix installations, including the careful integration and connection of fixtures and fittings — all delivered with precision and respect for the hotel’s character.

Guest Bedrooms:
Refurbishment works to the guest bedrooms, centring on a modern, comfort focused design, with great attention to detail in order to create a relaxing and luxurious guest experience. In all, furthering our involvement in the evolution of this exceptional hotel.

All works are being delivered within a fully operational hotel, requiring meticulous planning and coordination with hotel operations along with robust safety management — standards that are central to how we operate.

🎄💡 Christmas Comes Early at LDS Belfast! 💡🎄

As we are getting ready for the Christmas break, we wanted to share another milestone at our Little Donegall Street Student Accommodation project — power is now live to site, and the rooms are officially starting to shine.

Lights are on, spaces are taking shape and what was once a shell and open spaces, is now well on its way to becoming a vibrant student living environment. It’s been fantastic to see steady progress across site, with our teams continuing to deliver quality, control and consistency right up to the Christmas break.

We’ll be back in the New Year refreshed and ready to push on — but for now, it’s safe to say… the rooms are brightening up just in time for Christmas! 🎅✨

🎁✨ Spreading Christmas Cheer with Kindness & Compassion ✨🎁

This festive season our Company Director Mark Fox went above and beyond to support the Belfast Central Mission Giving Tree Christmas Toy Appeal 2025 hosted by GRAHAM at the Little Donegall Street Belfast — an incredible initiative bringing joy to children and families across Belfast and beyond who are facing hardship at Christmas.

For well over three decades the Giving Tree Toy Appeal has gathered brand new toys and gifts for children who might otherwise wake up without one on Christmas morning, helping families keep the magic of the season alive even in difficult times.

We believe a little kindness goes a long way and Mark’s generous donation is truly a wonderful tribute and reminder of this, Christmas should be a time of joy for everyone, yet we know many families struggle, not just at this time of year but all year round. That’s why community support like this is not only important, but vital and matters so much in creating lasting change.

A huge thank you to Belfast Central Mission and all its volunteers who work tirelessly year after year, and thank you to the GRAHAM team at Little Donegall Street for hosting the appeal this year.
