AWest at AYR Brushed I am an artist/furniture artist in Ayrshire, I specialise in coastal art & special finishes. Its so therapeutic to be lost in a design for a while.

For many years I have loved revamping my home, DIY, and painting pieces to my ever changing taste - varying from artwork on glass to painted wood. When the mood takes me I paint seascapes onto furnture as living by the sea is so inspirational.

Good evening everyone. Again, it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here.
I’ve decided to close the company down 😢

I’ve had a lovely 9 years creating artistic furniture and wall art items but feel no longer able to do it.

Thank you to each and every one of you who has supported me and who have purchased pieces. I’m really grateful. 🙏

I miss the banter, and the painting but for now it’s adios 👋

I still have some pieces for sale on the website and will take 50% off the price, if you’d like anything just let me know and I’ll adjust accordingly.

I might not have been painting much lately but I’ve been busy in the kitchen the past few weeks making little pocket hugs. Each is 6.5cmH x 4cmW and wrapped in cellophane.
Hand painted with a glass nugget.

I made 25 to try these, 2 have sold.
