Very boring this one but very important. Most of my work is electrical. Over 40 years of experience as electrician and electrical inspector. A picture of a socket or light is not very exciting but lighting makes the room. Most of all its something that you don't see and therefore forget about. This should be tested every 5-10 years to ensure your electrics are safe. If you should have an electrical fire or simular and your electrics have not been tested and certified, it would be very unlikely that your insurance would pay out. Remeber just because you can't see them doesn't mean they are safe. Electrics can be dangerous, so get them tested and any works done professionally, by a qualified and experienced electrician.

More overgrown shrubs that had been used as a dumping ground for ma y years. Now it had an out side kitchen with large BBQ, pizzia over, fridge and freezer, prep areas, lighting and extraction. Tucked neatly between the shrubs.
