This was another porch that was in need of some serious TLC, with the old ridge tiles cracked, loose, and letting in water over time. Here’s what we did to bring it back to top shape:

✅ Removed all the old, damaged ridge tiles.
✅ Re-bedded & re-cemented brand new ridges for a solid, secure finish.
✅ Ensured everything is fully weatherproof to keep the porch leak free for many years to come!

This customer’s porch roof in had pulled away from the house over the years, causing serious leaks and rot. Here’s what we did to bring it back to life: 🔨

✅ Rebuilt the porch roof, replacing all rotten sections.
✅ New tiles & ridges, all replaced and re-cemented.
✅ Fresh facias & soffits, no more rot!
✅ New gutter & downpipe, proper drainage sorted!

We also tackled the brickwork, as the old cement pointing had cracked and fallen out over time. We:

🧱 Removed the old pointing
🧱 Re-pointed it in a weatherproof style for long lasting protection

Now, this porch and brickwork are solid, weatherproof, and looking brand new! ✅

Swipe to see this amazing transformation from start to finish! This customer wanted a complete refurb of their living room, and we made sure every detail was just how they asked! 🏡

✅ Old gas fireplace? Gone! We removed it, disconnected the gas, blocked it up & added ventilation to prevent future damp issues.
✅ Two doorways? Not anymore! We removed the double doors, built a stud wall, insulated, and plaster-boarded it, ready for a smooth skim.
✅ Messy radiator pipes? Sorted! We dug up the concrete floor to hide the pipes and boxed in the rest for a clean finish.
✅ Ceiling & walls? Freshly skimmed! New ceiling installed, all walls re-plastered, and polystyrene coving removed for a modern touch.
✅ Final touches? Stunning! A Natural Oak laminate floor was fitted, and the room was given a fresh coat of paint.
