This customers hot water electric immersion element had failed and needed replacing. Sounds like a straight forward job but because it was bottom entry the hot water tank needed completely drained.

With no drain off valve and many litres of water later everything was in good working order again.

This is what happens when amateurs pretending to be tradesmen are let loose in your cared for home…

This customer had a new bathroom fitted and within a matter of time the floating vanity unit came off the wall!! That was only part of the problem. He didn’t bother to seal the waste properly and wrapped PTFE tape around the threads hoping it wouldn’t leak.

We rectified all these problems and left the customer happy (she is now confident she doesn’t need the plastic bucket under the unit anymore).

These sills needed sanded and filled before painting. Lots of hours and 3 coats later they are looking like new again.
